Meet Lindsay
Lindsay believes the best path forward to health is taking a holistic approach.
While traditional counseling often focuses on emotional and mental health, Lindsay cares for the whole person. Drawing from her background in counseling, fitness, nutrition, and spiritual formation, she offers support that is both grounded and transformative. Her holistic approach fosters growth in the heart (emotional health and relationships), soul (faith and spiritual formation), mind (thoughts and beliefs), and strength (movement, rest, and nourishment).
Lindsay graduated from Regent University in 2005 with her Masters in Community Counseling. She has experience working in hospitals with patients and families who have experienced trauma. She previously worked with kids, parents, foster parents, and families mandated by the court system who experienced extreme abuse and neglect at an agency in Virginia. She took a break from counseling to raise her kids. For the last 5 years she has been working with adults experiencing grief, anxiety and depression as well as couples experiencing difficulties in marriage.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids, traveling, reading, playing and coaching volleyball and working out. She also loves her church community and enjoys being involved there.
Lindsay is licensed in the state of Maryland (#LC16894).
